New legal documents connected to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein contain allegations that Prince Andrew of Britain and former US President Bill Clinton engaged in sexual acts with underage girls. None of the documents present definitive evidence, and no new charges have been filed.

Background on Epstein

Jeffrey Epstein was arrested in 2019 and faced federal charges of sex trafficking minors in Florida and New York. He had previously received a controversial plea deal in 2008 from federal prosecutors on similar charges. Epstein committed suicide in prison in August 2019 while awaiting trial.

After Epstein’s death, many of his accusers filed civil lawsuits against his estate. The newly revealed court filings stem from one of those ongoing lawsuits brought by Virginia Giuffre, who alleges that Epstein trafficked her as a teenager to powerful men for sex.

Allegations Towards Prince Andrew

The case documents quote an unpublished manuscript from Giuffre in which she claims Epstein offered her to Prince Andrew for sex when she was 17 years old. She says the act occurred at the London home of Ghislaine Maxwell, an accused Epstein co-conspirator.

Prince Andrew has previously denied ever meeting Giuffre. The documents also contain testimony from other witnesses alleging Prince Andrew engaged in sexual acts with young girls facilitated by Epstein and Maxwell during visits to Epstein’s private island estate.

Allegations Towards Bill Clinton

Allegations against former President Clinton are vague, but the court documents list him among high-profile men who travelled with Epstein on his private jet. One Epstein accuser, identified as Jane Doe 102, claims Epstein invited two young girls to join Clinton on the plane for a trip to Africa.

However, the documents do not present claims that Clinton engaged in sexual activity with any trafficked minors. Representatives for Clinton denied any knowledge of Epstein’s crimes and contested certain flight logs.

Ongoing Legal Proceedings

While shocking, the filings remain unproven allegations made in an ongoing civil lawsuit. How much evidence may exist to support the claims also remains undisclosed. Prince Andrew continues to deny ever meeting Giuffre.

Regardless, these new documents will further fuel interest in associates linked to Epstein and their alleged roles in his sex crimes. How much additional legal jeopardy any high-profile figures may face remains uncertain. But prosecutors overseeing Epstein’s estate and alleged co-conspirators have indicated investigations are ongoing.
