The promotion allows customers to get six free traditional or boneless wings per person for dine-in or takeout orders. Delivery and phone orders do not qualify. No purchase is necessary to redeem the free wings offer, which is limited to one order per customer.

Buffalo Wild Wings first announced the overtime wings deal in 2019, stating it would give away wings if any future Super Bowl exceeded regulation. This was finally triggered after an exciting extra period between the Chiefs and 49ers this year.

The casual dining chain has over 1,300 sports bar-style locations across the United States. There are seven Buffalo Wild Wings in Delaware – in Newark, Bear, Milford, Dover, Rehoboth Beach, and Middletown.

This provides a good opportunity for wing fans in Delaware and nationwide to cash in on the championship game needing bonus time to determine a winner. It also generates attention and foot traffic for Buffalo Wild Wings in keeping with its brand identity as a go-to spot for sports viewing and wings.
